I had a great experience at Blackhawk Demo Dealership. I purchased my car this week & I couldn't be any happier. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Scott, the guy who helped me, was very knowledgeable & immediately answered any questions I had. This is my first time buying a car from a dealer, and I must say I was very pleased with the service I received. If I had to buy another car this would be the place. I recently purchased a BMW 7 series and had a wonderful buying experience. My salesperson, Justin, was very professional and didn't hassle or pressure me. The managers were very polite and made me feel comfortable. The service manager, Carlos, provided prompt service to fix an item that was not working on the car.
